2025 Flight Ticket Terms and Conditions
Important Notice:
Due to tax regulations and airline ticket requirements, participants must provide their real name on the raffle entry form for prize redemption. The passenger name on the airline ticket must match the raffle registration and is non-transferable.
Explanation of prize tax law:
In accordance with Taiwan tax law, prizes or gifts valued at more than NTD 1,000 are required to be reported by issuing a withholding statement. For prizes exceeding NTD 20,010, a 10% withholding tax will be applied. All applicable taxes and administrative fees shall be borne by the winner. Tax amounts will be calculated based on the actual ticket price reported by the travel agency.
For non-Taiwanese winners, taxes will be levied in accordance with Taiwan tax laws. Sunflower Corporation will withhold and report prize income according to the applicable tax rates and include it in the winner’s annual taxable income. Relevant withholding statements will be issued as required by law. Submission of personal data indicates consent to this process.
If a winner refuses tax withholding, income reporting, or fails to pay the required tax, the prize will be forfeited. When making a flight reservation, winners must provide Sunflower Corporation with copies of both sides of their ID card. After seat and fare confirmation, tax payment must be completed before ticket issuance.

Air Ticket Details:
- One round-trip ticket between Taipei and Seoul (Economy Class, China Airlines N Class).
- Travel period: January 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026.
- Not valid during Lunar New Year, summer vacation, or winter vacation periods.
- Tickets must be issued through a travel agency designated by Sunflower Corporation.
- Ticket usage and change rules are subject to China Airlines regulations
Fare Conditions:
· Cabin class limited to N Class
· This is an annual ticket; return travel must be completed within one year from departure
· Code-share flights are not permitted

Fare usage instructions: Ticket class is limited to N class.
★ For one adult traveling with more than two children under 12 years old (including infants), or for minors under 15 traveling alone, please reconfirm airline policies regarding child passengers and unaccompanied minors.
★ Baggage regulations are subject to airline official policies.
★Kind reminder: If the passenger is unable to travel on the scheduled date, please cancel or modify your booking in advance. Failure to do so may result in ticket invalidation or non-refundable status.
Ticket Change Policy:
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Failure to cancel or change and not boarding the flight will result in a no-show penalty of NTD 4,500 per instance imposed by the airline.
After ticket issuance, each change requires fare recalculation and a change penalty of NTD 2,000, plus a service fee. Any fare or tax difference must be paid by the passenger.
Please note: itinerary or class changes must be reconfirmed with the airline regarding pricing and rules. Requests must be submitted no later than half a business day before airline office hours end.
All rebooking fees, fare differences, and penalties after ticket issuance shall be borne by the passenger.
